How Chillika turned into Bexleyheath’s Most Talked-About Dine-In Spot

Chillika was serving great food, but online it barely existed. Low visibility, no structured content, and minimal reviews meant lost footfall and missed revenue.

This included local SEO optimisation, Google My Business scaling, Meta ad campaigns targeting nearby audiences, and a consistent content engine across Instagram, Facebook and TripAdvisor. Alongside this, introduced AI-powered workflows to speed up production and maintain quality at scale.

This project shows how the right mix of strategy, content and performance marketing can directly impact revenue, not just reach.

Case Study 2

From Distribution to Revenue, Driving Territory-Wide Growth ~ scaling a £12M Territory with Consistent Double-Digit Growth ~ Built to Scale, Not Just Sustain

End-to-end growth of a £12M territory in New Delhi, one of the most competitive telecom markets, where customer acquisition, retention and distribution efficiency directly impact revenue.

My role went beyond marketing. From leading a 14-member field team, managed distributor networks, to execution of go-to-market strategies for key product launches including 5G and Airtel Black.

I focused on building a strong acquisition engine while tightening churn control. This meant aligning field execution, retail visibility, competitor intelligence and campaign planning into one cohesive system.

This experience shaped my ability to operate at scale, where strategy, execution and team leadership must work together to drive measurable revenue impact.

Case Study 3

Building a Community Brand from Zero to Local Authority, PURELY ORGANIC! 

Life in Gravesend started as a simple idea, to create a digital space where local people and businesses could be seen, heard and discovered.

I built the platform from scratch using a fully organic strategy, with no paid media. The focus was on content that genuinely reflected local life, from small businesses and community events to everyday moments people could relate to.

Within the first month, the platform reached over 6,000 views, generated 500 plus interactions and onboarded more than 10 local businesses. Early partnerships included council-backed and independent initiatives, helping establish credibility quickly.

This project shows how strong positioning and authentic content can build an engaged audience faster than paid reach, when the value to the community is clear.

Case Study 4

Tripling Leads with Marketing and Automation, Built a Scalable Admissions Funnel from Scratch! 

Majoris Solutions relied heavily on word of mouth, with no structured digital presence, no paid strategy and no consistent lead flow.

I built a full-funnel acquisition system focused on one outcome, predictable and scalable student enrolments.

This included Meta ad campaigns targeting career seekers, a structured content strategy across reels and creatives, and AI-powered automation for instant lead capture, follow-ups and nurturing. Landing pages were optimised to convert traffic into enquiries efficiently.

The shift was immediate and measurable. Monthly leads grew from single digits to over 30, conversion rates reached 72 percent, and engagement scaled significantly across platforms.

This project highlights how combining performance marketing, content and automation can turn small budgets into scalable growth systems.
